A boy, Terry, and his older sister, Mireille, lived happily ever after, but one night, Mireille was taken away by someone. At that time, Terry is guided by a spirit named Watabō who suddenly appears in front of him, and takes a step into the mysterious world of ``Taiju Country.''

The country of Taiju is in the middle of preparations for the "Starry Tournament", a festival for monster masters that will soon be held. Having heard the legend that if you win, your wishes will come true, Terry decides to participate in the Starry Tournament as a representative of the Taiju country in order to help Mireille, who has been kidnapped.

A “Monster Master” is someone who can communicate with monsters and make them allies. Aiming to become the strongest monster master, Terry's great adventure begins...!
