Update:
We've confirmed a total loss of the affected EU servers during the OVH data centre fire. We're now exploring replacing the affected servers.

Data will be unable to be restored.

While we can't tell you when the Dedicated Servers will be back up we can reassure you that your account information safely located at another data center with backup and redundancy at secondary locations.
