《生化危機 4》重製版擔任重要角色的「艾殊莉」新形象受到不少玩家注目，擔任她模特兒「身體」的真實身份亦隨遊戲發售而曝光。

擔任《生化危機 4》重製版艾殊莉「身體」模特兒的是居於日本的知名 Cosplayer「Sophie S」，她於自己的 Twitter 上正式發表了這個消息，並公開了自己 Cosplay 的照片。
《生化危機 4》重製版早於發售前已正式發表了「艾殊莉」模特兒由居於日本的荷蘭模特兒 Ella Freya 擔任，而 Ella Freya 擔任的是臉部與表情，Sophie S 擔任其身體部分，在遊戲中的演員名單中，兩人的名字都分別在參演者列表中。
